Boil fresh, ideally filtered water
250mL hot (95-100°C) water per cup
1 Te Chai pyramid bag per cup
(+1 bag if brewing in a pot)
Steep for 5-6 minutes
Serve with warmed frothy milk and sweetener if preferred

The caddy's are great. They make it easy to store and display our tea.
I enjoy a properly brewed chai now and then, but this one in teabag form was nice comforting late night option which a gentle aroma that's not too overpowering. My brother tried it as a proper brew, adding soy and was pleasantly surprised. Thank you Madura xxx
