Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We operate from our estate in Clothiers Creek, far northern NSW, Australia, and we strive to provide prompt service to our valued customers. Please note that unforeseen delays may occur due to a high volume of orders or postal service disruptions beyond our control.
Domestic Delivery Details
Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Free Standard Delivery: All orders over $60 (after any applied discounts) are eligible for FREE standard delivery Australia-wide via Australia Post. This option may need to be manually selected during checkout. Please ensure to verify your shipping selection before finalising your order.
- Free Courier Delivery for Commercial Customers: Verified Australian commercial customers may qualify for FREE courier delivery via StarTrack Express, given that only cartons have been ordered and the total after discount exceeds $110.
- Deliveries to PO Boxes and Remote Areas: Please note that deliveries to PO Boxes and some remote areas will always be sent via Australia Post.
Dispatch Days
- Free Shipping and Parcel Post: Parcels are dispatched on Tuesdays and Fridays. This frequency may increase to 3-5 times per week during promotions.
- StarTrack and Express Post: Parcels are dispatched from our estate daily.

Tracking and Notifications
Once your order has been packed, we send a notification email and/or SMS that includes a tracking number and link. Please be aware that this tracking information will not become active immediately. The tracking details typically become available 24 hours after we have dispatched the parcel and it has been collected by Australia Post or StarTrack.
Best Way to Track Your Order
For the most efficient tracking experience, we recommend using the Australia Post mobile app. Simply download the app and log in using the same email address you provided during the purchase. Once logged in, your order will automatically appear in the app for easy tracking.

It is essential to provide a current email address and/or mobile phone number when placing your order to ensure that you receive timely delivery notifications.
Missed Deliveries
Australia Post is moving away from leaving cards for missed deliveries. By supplying accurate contact information with your order, you will receive timely digital notifications from Australia Post regarding any missed deliveries.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Clothiers Creek, NSW; 20 minutes south of the Queensland border. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9 am to 4:30 pm on Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. If your country is not available in the Country/Region list at checkout, we do not ship to your country at this time.

All international orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard Pack and Track International, with shipping time estimates of 8-20 business days depending on the destination2.
