Boil fresh, ideally filtered water
250mL hot (95-100°C) water per cup
1 tsp Seven Spice Chai per cup
+1 tsp for the pot
Steep for 5-6 minutes
Serve with warmed frothy milk and sweetener if preferred

This is an incredible chai tea. I struggled to find anything with flavour from the supermarkets. This chai tea is so lovely, and I order in bulk so that it lasts for six months. It’s the only one I drink now.

Wanting to start my weekend with a little spoiling this is my mid morning Indulgence.
I brew it is a saucepan with my milk of choice, Soy or Almond Milk. Often I add a sprinkle of Cinnamon Sugar.
It is a gorgeous blend of spices, which I cant buy anywhere in my local area, so I buy direct with Madura online.
