Boil fresh, ideally filtered water
250mL hot (95-100°C) water per cup
1 tsp Seven Spice Chai per cup
+1 tsp for the pot
Steep for 5-6 minutes
Serve with warmed frothy milk and sweetener if preferred

Bought for our granddaughter. She loved it. Smells delicious. Much nicer than the teabags and more aromatic too.
We were introduced to Chai Tea on a recent cruise and really enjoyed it. So when we arrived home I went looking for a similar product, hopefully Australian. The Madura Chai Tea has a great flavour and aroma, is all natural unlike a lot of teas that are artificially flavoured. I like it with more milk than normal black tea and only about half the normal suger. It's a great night time tea for us but can be enjoyed anytime.

We have bought Madura seven spice loose leaf tea for a good number of years. The quality of the leaf blend and the flavour of the beverage are satisfying, refreshing and delicious. The complexity of the blend is unique to this chai.
I stress when I run out of this tea. It’s beautiful morning or evening. My favourite of all the Madura teas!
