Boil fresh, ideally filtered water
250mL hot (95-100°C) water per cup
1 tsp Seven Spice Chai per cup
+1 tsp for the pot
Steep for 5-6 minutes
Serve with warmed frothy milk and sweetener if preferred

I love many Madura teas. I also love buying in bulk to save money by ordering directly from them. Been buying for 20 years
It is good to see many of their products in regular supermarkets these days but I prefer to buy from the company directly.

The best start to my day begins with a Chai brewed the old fashioned way. A heaped teaspoon of 7 Spice loose leaf, 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of hot water and a teaspoon of honey in a saucepan brought slowly up to drinking temp and strained into a large mug. It's a routine I've been using for years and look forward to it every single day.

Madura leaf chai is absolutely delicious and we were devastated when it was no longer stocked in our local supermarket/s in Tasmania. Fortunately we can buy direct from Madura! We love this blend, it looks, smells and most importantly tastes delicious - spicy and warming - and our pantry is now fully stocked with boxes of our favourite leaf tea.
This was not available for a few months which was hard for me as I have been addicted to it. However, I no longer taste the same satisfaction and wonder if the blend has changed.
I really enjoy Madura Seven Spice Chai especially as it is Australian.
