250mL hot (95-100°C) water per cup
1 Lemon & Ginger pyramid bag per cup
(+1 bag if brewing in a pot)

Delicious and warming brew. I had a cold and added turmeric and honey and it helped me a lot. Very comforting flavours of ginger, lemongrass and Australian lemon myrtle.
I love the metal caddy too.
I love lemon an ginger first thing in the morning but alternate with green tea

I suffer a COPD and often have heavy chest infections and have had lung cancer surgery. A Balinese friend recommended a drinking hot lemon and ginger. When I saw the Lemon and Ginger tea on the Madura website while ordering my usual blend, I thought I would try this. It is so lovely and soothing so I always ensure I take the time to relax and enjoy every sip knowing the relief it brings to my breathing and soreness.
I bought a caddy of L&G infusers and love the Flavour , the best. Sadly the caddy is very difficult to open without a rim/lip to lift up. Is the infusers compostable after use? Sad if they are’nt.
My go-to when there’s a sore throat threatening. Guilt-free because there’s no nasties in it. Thank you Madura
