Brewing Instructions

Boil fresh, ideally filtered water
250mL hot (95-100°C) water per cup
1 Earl Grey pyramid bag per cup
(+1 bag if brewing in a pot)
Steep for 5-6 minutes

Love the caddy’s keep everything tidy and easy to refil find the right tea quickly, lovely big label on the caddy.

Leaf infusers

I like the tea but not the new infusers since they cannot be put into my compost. I have to cut them open to extract the spent leaves and put the infused into the general rubbish.
