250mL hot (95-100°C) water per cup
1 tsp Camomile per cup
+1 tsp for the pot
Steep for 4-5 minutes
Enjoyed without milk

This loose tea is normally very good but unfortunately it's almost like something heavy was placed on the bags. Two bags i have opened so far, the tea is almost a ground down substance than the flower. Very disappointing.
