Why can't I login to my account?

On September 1, 2022 we launched a new website. While we were able to transfer your information, order history and any Brew Club points balance, we were unable to transfer your password.

You need to re-activate your account to regain access to all your order history and any Brew Club points.

Re-activating your existing account on our new website is a simple 2-step process:

  1. Create a new account with your existing email address and a new or existing password at https://maduratea.com.au/account/register
  2. Check your email and click on Activate your account 
  • Alternatively, contact us and we will send you a new unique activation or password reset link, from which your can set your preferred password.

You'll be awarded 250 Brew Club points once your account is activated.

You may also checkout without logging in where you will earn Brew Club points, but unable to redeem points.
