Brewing Instructions

Boil fresh, ideally filtered water
250mL hot (95-100°C) water per cup
1 tsp Te Chai per cup
+1 tsp for the pot
Steep for 5-6 minutes

Serve with warmed frothy milk and sweetener if preferred

The perfect chai

This Black Leaf Chai has an amazing mix of spices that brings a me back to travels through SE Asia. I often cook slowly with water and add milk and continue to simmer until it has the perfect colour and aroma. My go to tea for a pick-me-up!
