Boil fresh, ideally filtered water
250mL hot (95-100°C) water per cup
1 tsp Seven Spice Chai per cup
+1 tsp for the pot
Steep for 5-6 minutes
Serve with warmed frothy milk and sweetener if preferred

Wow makes mw feel like I am on a little train through the hills of the tea country in Darjeeling. This is the best tea of this type that I have drunk. I like the way it is prepared and the packaging giving the tea room to breathe. There is a real conscious effort to make a superior product as this is.
