Refreshen your day with a cold-brew and ice a Madura Lemon and Ginger
herbal infusion with pear juice. It’s super easy to make and only uses a handful of delicious ingredients.
5 cups of water
2 cups of cloudy pear juice
5 x Lemon and Ginger leaf infusers
1/2 cup pure maple syrup or raw sugar syrup if you prefer

In a medium pot bring water to the boil, stir in sweetener and set aside with the 5 leaf infusers – once cool place into the fridge and allow to steep for approx. 2 hours. Once chilled, remove infusers and pour into a glass pitcher, add ice and stir in the cloudy pear juice.
