Peppermint and Raspberry Ice Block Recipe

Makes 4 – 6 popsicles (This will depend on your popsicle molds.)


1 1/2 cups fresh brewed Madura peppermint tea – 2 bags brewed to instructions and allowed to cool 1 1/2 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen) 1/3 cup of honey


Pour cooled peppermint tea, raspberries and honey in a blender. Blend until all the ingredients become a liquid. You can stain the liquid to remove seeds if desired. Pour into popsicle molds, place the tops on and freeze over-night, or until completely frozen. Want to be creative? Try adding thin slices of fruit or herbs such as the leaves of Basil or Lemon Thyme – T’Lish!
