Camomile Smoothie Recipe


  • 1/4 cup steeped Madura Camomile tea
  • 1/4 cup milk or non-dairy milk of your choice
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews
  • 3 small bananas
  • 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt – no added sugar
  • A dash of pure vanilla
  • 1 cup of coconut water ice (coconut water is fine if preferred)
  • A sprinkle of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or raw honey

To Make

  1. Prepare coconut ice.
  2. Steep the Camomile tea for at least five minutes and allow it to cool.
  3. Add all ingredients to the blender.
  4. Blend until smooth.
