Camomile Smoothie Recipe
- 1/4 cup steeped Madura Camomile tea
- 1/4 cup milk or non-dairy milk of your choice
- 1/4 cup raw cashews
- 3 small bananas
- 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt – no added sugar
- A dash of pure vanilla
- 1 cup of coconut water ice (coconut water is fine if preferred)
- A sprinkle of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or raw honey

- Prepare coconut ice.
