Sweet Green Tea Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Madura Green Tea, brewed and chilled
- 1/2 cup baby kale or spinach (both for a super charge clean)
- 1/2 a green apple
- 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt – no added sugar
- 1/2 a small Lebanese cucumber
- Add a squeeze of lime for a refreshing cleansing boost
- Ice
To Make:
- Add all ingredients to your blender.
- Blitz away until it reaches a smoothie consistency.
- If you would like a naturally sweeter version, add half a banana.
- Enjoy the added benefits of B6, magnesium, vitamin C, potassium, dietary fibre, biotin, and copper.
