  • Crushed ice
  • 4 glasses of cold Madura Green and Lemon Myrtle Tea – (use 4 tea bags brewed to packet instructions)
  • 2 cups of fresh cloudy apple juice
  • 4 teaspoons of brown sugar – add more to sweeten to personal taste
  • Bunch of fresh mint
  • 4-6 limes – juiced, add less or more depending on tartness required
  • Lime wedge to serve
Method In a mortar and pestle grind the brown sugar and mint together, and add a little of the apple juice. Combine remaining ingredients in a glass jar, stir and allow to infuse for at least 2 hours. Strain through a fine sieve and serve in a pitcher with crushed ice. Enjoy!
