By definition, lattes are generally made on milk - however, coconut milk is also a delicious alternative and pairs beautifully with vanilla - again, the choice is always yours.

Ingredients:
Bring 300 ml of water to a boil and brew 3 Earl Grey tea bags according to packet instructions.
Remove the tea bags, set the tea aside, and allow it to cool.
To make the vanilla syrup, boil 250 ml of water, add 2 tablespoons of sugar or honey, and stir until dissolved.
Reduce heat, add 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla with seeds (adjust to personal taste), and stir.
Set the syrup aside and allow it to cool.
Once cooled, fill a large jar with a lid and add the tea brew, vanilla syrup, and 150 ml of milk (your choice).
Shake it well.
To serve, fill a pitcher with ice and pour in the mixture. Enjoy the refreshing drink.
